Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience
- Or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- CompTIA Security certification
- Demonstrated experience in application development along with hands-on work using GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, Image Server, ArcSDE, QGIS)
- Solid experience in programming, scripting, and web development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, Java, .NET, HTML, CSS) to design, develop, and maintain modern GIS applications
- Proficiency in system documentation and testing and ensuring compliance with mission, security, and system reliability requirements
- Experience developing and supporting secure geospatial dissemination tools across classified and unclassified networks, aligned with DoD and Intelligence Community standards
