Assessment Coordinator (TS/SCI)

Here is an entry-level opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring NGA’s certification assessments are prepared, delivered, and managed with precision, security, and consistency.

As an Assessment Coordinator, you will coordinate the full assessment lifecycle, from preparing testing materials and supporting proctored exam environments to managing exam data and ensuring all policies and accreditation standards are upheld. By serving as a key liaison between test takers, exam administrators, and program stakeholders, you will help maintain the integrity and credibility of NGA’s certification programs. Your attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy will directly support mission-ready decision-making across the agency.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• OR at least 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data
• Demonstrated experience analyzing processes and providing actionable recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including providing customer service and clearly conveying instructions to diverse audiences
• Comfortable delivering public presentations, including reading and explaining 10-to-15-minute proctoring scripts and responding to participant questions

Desired:

• Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage and track records or databases
• Knowledge of records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper documentation
• Familiarity with Reasonable Accommodations to support test-takers with diverse needs
