Role Description
The Reentry Case Manager Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN, supporting the Reentry Program. The assistant will provide day-to-day support to clients transitioning into workforce opportunities. Key responsibilities include coordinating job placement services, maintaining participant records and program compliance, connecting clients with resources, and offering one-on-one case management support. The role works closely with the Reentry Case Manager and external partners to ensure participants have access to tools and guidance necessary for successful reintegration.

Qualifications
- Case management or client support experience, including maintaining detailed records and coordinating services.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in document management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Knowledge of workforce readiness, career coaching, or reentry support programs is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with databases or case management software preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage with community organizations and employer partners.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in social work, education, or related field. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Understanding and commitment to support justice-involved or underserved communities.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a passion for helping others succeed in their personal and professional development.
