Xcel Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Waukegan, IL. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for connecting people with opportunities, we want to hear from you.

We specialize in recruiting for light industrial and skilled labor roles across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, including warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, shipping & receiving, forklift operators, machine operators, and more.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Overtime as needed, including occasional weekends and holidays

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and extend job offers
• Manage high-volume recruiting for light industrial positions
• Prepare job postings, screening questions, and hiring documentation
• Ensure candidates meet client requirements, including coordinating safety or GMP training
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Travel locally to support client needs and recruiting efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High-volume recruiting experience (required)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ATS systems (TempWorks experience a plus)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
