Key Responsibilities
- Schedule all imaging services, completing necessary modality-specific questions, and identifying the most appropriate facility for each patient
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Collect and accurately enter patient demographics and case information.
- Create and process new patient profiles in the case management system.
- Monitor case progress, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
- Conduct follow-ups for unscheduled or pending cases.
- Respond promptly and professionally to attorney and case manager inquiries.
- Coordinate schedules with attorneys, medical providers, and facilities.
- Track case deadlines, appointment timelines, and outstanding tasks.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the management system.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, taking and relaying messages.
- Retrieve medical records following established procedures.
- Ensure all patient profiles, paperwork, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Keep meticulous records and documentation for all assigned cases.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Educational requirements and/or preferences:
- Experience in medical, legal, or case management settings (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills for interacting with patients, clients, attorneys, and medical providers.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with short timelines, prioritize effectively, and complete assignments accurately and on time.
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, case coordination, or a related field.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to excel in a performance-driven environment.
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with confidence on the phone and in email communication.
- Comfort and confident speaking with attorneys, case managers, and medical professionals.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- English language proficiency required; bilingual in Spanish required.
