What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Worker position at XCEL Farms LLC?
Attend to live horses: feeding, watering, loading, maintain records on horses, assist in birthing, administer meds, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate, clean and maintain housing areas, clean stalls, pens, and equipment. Workers must also halter, break, and care for young horses. Responsible for managing and harvesting grass and hay fields.
SPLIT SHIFTS 5-11AM AND 3-5PM. Only 40 hours per week
***The work schedule will be Monday to Sunday. Only 40 hours per week. Off days rotates. SPLIT SHIFTS 5am-11am AND 3pm-5pm. The worker will not work 56 hours per week. The workers will ONLY work 40 hours per week. Monday to Sunday and the days off will rotate.
