We anticipate the need for one or more Journeyman Lineman to be located at the Edina Service Center in Edina, MN. The starting rate of pay for this position is $50.33 Hourly.
In this position, you will perform all duties of the Journeyman Lineman classification involving overhead and underground electric distribution and transmission systems. The person filling this position must be self-motivated, work well with others and possess a positive attitude and commitment to work safely, provide quality customer service, and create customer satisfaction and to work productively.
Required
Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma or GED and meet the following criteria:
- Must presently hold a Journeyman Lineman Certificate.
- Must meet driver qualification requirements, including the possession of a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
- Requires participation in after-hours emergency call-outs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to successfully work with customers on a wide range of concerns.
- Must be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated commitment to work safely and productively.
