The role will support the IT Business Operations team, which is responsible for back office functions, including financial plannng & analysis (capital and opex), procurement, capital project in-take.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $18.20 to $19.50 per hour

- Forecasting/budgeting
- Month-end reporting, including variance explanations
- Assist with procurement requests, tracking metrics
- Utilizing forecasting tools like ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management
Minimum Requirements
- Current student, Junior or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
- Willing to learn, ask questions, and engage with others
