We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Management / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and communication between our warehouse operations and partner brands.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with order management systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and managing customer orders.
- Monitor and support the order flow process from start to finish.
- Identify and help resolve order issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate with partner brands regarding order updates, questions, and concerns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide professional customer service and support through email and phone communication.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
