Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Director to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise SAP solutions across the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.

This individual will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, designing scalable SAP ecosystems, and ensuring solutions align with business priorities, operational excellence, and industry compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP expertise with strong consulting, leadership, and stakeholder engagement experience in highly regulated environments.

• yLead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of SAP platforms including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, ATTP, and EHS
• .Develop scalable and compliant SAP landscapes that support long-term business growth
• .Guide cloud transformation and SAP modernization programs

• tPartner with senior business and technology stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and priorities
• .Translate business requirements into scalable SAP strategies

• eOversee end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs including implementations, upgrades, validation, and optimization efforts

• eEnsure SAP environments align with industry requirements including FDA, EMA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA
