- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage

- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a food preparation environment
- Teamwork and communication skills for collaborating effectively with kitchen staff
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely preparation of meals
- Experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
