What are the responsibilities and job description for the full time experienced CAD Drafter position at XC?
Overview
RA PE firm is seeking a self-motivated full time CAD Drafter, MUST have recent years of CAD experience and be able to complete drawing set with minimal supervision. The office is currently home office setup with (6) full-time, located in Nassau County, Long Island. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle to travel to office and job sites in NYC and Long Island.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of architectural, engineering design principles, schematics creation, and drafting standards.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with NYC / Long Island DOB application is a plus.
- Speaking Chinese language is a plus
Others: 1099 or W2, paid holidays
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
