Job Description
Daily tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain accurate and current records of all billing transactions
- Assist with the preparation of billing reports and supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Investigating and resolving billing errors and discrepancies
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include mail services and reprographics services
- Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments
- Provide the highest level of prompt and friendly customer service
- Capacity to handle a heavy volume of print production, tax processing, and the ability to meet important deadlines
- Ability to meet important deadlines; with availability to provide after-hours support when needed
- Establish operating procedures and quality standards
- Test and evaluate new equipment and materials
- Perform necessary adjustments as outlined in the operators’ manuals for set equipment
- Follow start-up, shutdown, and clean-up procedures for equipment
- Monitor operations and make mechanical adjustments as needed, to ensure proper quality output
- Occasionally perform limited operations on other automated equipment
- Participate in cross-training
- Provide backfill as needed
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience as a Site Representative and/or a minimum of 6 months demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area
- Directly related equipment operation experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of related equipment
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google suite required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to learn various programs and applications
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards
