Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving orders and overseeing the daily warehouse functions for the Oasis at Death Valley.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-time Year-round
Start Dates: As soon as possible on next available check in date (approximately three weeks)
Pay: $19.25
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Must be able to demonstrate professional and courteous behaviors with all guests and employees.
- Efficient usage of the CloudSuite system for transfers of Requisitions to ensure accurate inventory control procedures.
- Supervise the accurate completion of daily requisitions paperwork.
- Coordinate deliveries and transfers to the operating departments.
- Confirm all items received were ordered and ensure they are of the appropriate quality.
- Receive ordered items into the warehouse and ensure they are stocked in correct location.
- Check all bar orders against bottles returned and fill orders only on a per bottle basis.
- Inspect quality of goods received and turn away any product not deemed to be acceptable.
- Participate in regularly scheduled inventories of the warehouse.
- Assist on special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Follow all policy, procedures, and service standards.
- Accept responsibility for receiving, storing, and issuing all products that the warehouse handles.
- Establish and maintain order in all warehouse storage areas.
- Rotate all products, when appropriate, to represent a “First In-First Out” philosophy of product usage.
- Be able to recognize all products the warehouse handles on a regular basis.
- Accurately fill all orders.
- Accurately check in vendor deliveries.
- Communicate to Manager any inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills demonstrated in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with other departments and employees.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire. On-site training is available.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred (Excel, Word, Outlook)
