What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Associate position at XAMAA Hosting?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, speed, and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards
- Prepare shipments, print labels, and stage orders for carrier pickup
- Receive, process, and restock incoming inventory
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company requirements
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, scanners, etc.)
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of the shift
- Basic computer or scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity goals and deadlines
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $22.10 - $26.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
