The X Developer Platform is responsible for the partner ecosystem of B2B and B2C developers that build solutions to operationalize X’s vast amount of user-generated data made available through our extensive API product set. Through our partners and customers, the X Developer Platform helps brands better understand their customers, maximize their advertising programs, build competitive products, and provide unparalleled customer service.
What you’ll do
We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager who will focus on identifying unique, customer centric ways to deepen and grow our existing partnerships. We want these partners to develop innovative products that feature and showcase X Data; the Sr. Partner Manager will play a critical role in arming partners with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell these ideas to their clients. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth and relationships with these ecosystem partners via strategic alliances, knowledge transferring, client partnering and ideation.
- Serve as a strategic and accountable liaison between our partners and the X Developer Platform team to help partners develop and build first class solutions
- Build strong, executive relationships with partners and develop understanding of partner products, business lines, and key objectives
- Grow X’s revenue through identifying and executing initiatives that are mutually beneficial for our partners and for X. Negotiate large, complex commercial and legal agreements & renewals
- Develop and maintain a thorough partnership plan documenting partners’ strategic priorities, opportunities, challenges, and internal roadmaps Identify, prioritize, and garner cross-functional resources to accomplish partnership goals
- Create robust frameworks for Strategic Alliances and Channel Partnership programs
- Ensure Healthy Partner Usage of X APIs Maintain deep knowledge of full API suite and roadmap (Self Serve APIs & Enterprise APIs) and how it can add value to customer products, business lines, and key objectives
- Consult about use and consumption of X data, visualizations and other ways to display real-time X activity within partner’s environments
- Ensure that partners’ voices, opinions, ideas and feedback are being conveyed back to X and its Marketing and Product Development teams.
