Mail Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and discreet Part-Time Mail Room Attendant to join our Real Estate & Workplace (REW) team. This role will manage incoming mail processing, ensure secure and efficient distribution, and support general office organization, with frequent exposure to sensitive and confidential documents.

• Open, sort, and prioritize all incoming mail and packages.
• Scan physical mail/documents to digital format and upload to designated Google Drive folders for team access.
• Flag and escalate important legal notices or time-sensitive items promptly.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Security (CorpSec) to follow safe mail handling practices and protocols.
• Develop and maintain efficient systems for mail organization and tracking.
• Organize and maintain the office supply room.
• Assist with additional office management tasks (e.g., inventory, stocking, light admin support) as time permits.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality – the role involves regular visibility to sensitive documents and information that must be handled with the utmost privacy.
• Comfortable with digital tools (scanning, Google Drive, basic office software).
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Previous mail room, admin, or office support experience is a plus but not required.

• Pay: $20.83 - $27.69
• Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Schedule: Flexible – hours can be split based on candidate preference (e.g., 4 hours M-F, 8 hours M/W 4 hours F, or other arrangements totaling 20 hours/week)
