Mortgage experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person who shows intelligence, ownership, and drive.

 What You’ll Do

• Manage a pipeline of active loans as the primary contact for borrowers and agents.
• Communicate proactively to keep all parties informed and on schedule.
• Review and track documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Understand mortgage guidelines, calculate income and review credit reports
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing.
• Solve issues before they cause delays.
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver a seamless, stress-free experience for every client.

 Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $60,000 with merit-based increases and no cap on your earning potential.
• As you can effectively manage a growing pipeline of loans while delivering a top tier client experience, your compensation increases accordingly.
