A global, mission-driven medical device company are seeking a Regional Manager to join them in Texas to oversee the South Central team

The Opportunity:
This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution and a strong focus on talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead regional sales strategy and execution across a $50M portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, forecasting accuracy, and market expansion.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Manage pipeline performance, strategic account planning, and sales process adoption.
• Build relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and key partners.
• Leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities and shape regional strategy.
• Champion operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of sales experience, including experience in commercial markets and at least 3 years of leadership or people management exposure.
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital tools to drive performance.
• Ideally, high interest or experience in AI-enabled sales and business processes.
• Ability to travel up to 50-70%
