Account & Program Manager - Entry Level

Our client, a company known for pioneering next-generation assembly technologies, are looking to recruit for an Entry Level Account & Program Manager within their Electronics Team. On offer is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where Program/Account Managers play a pivotal role in enabling breakthrough technologies and delivering exceptional value to customers.

As an Entry-Level Account & Program Manager, you’ll be guided to become the primary point of contact for customers - supporting conversations, helping coordinate program delivery, and learning how to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to understand account management, project execution, and customer relationship building within the world of advanced electronics manufacturing.

What You’ll Do (Training Provided)

• Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in managing customer relationships from initial inquiry to final delivery, with mentorship from senior team members.
• Learn how to support key accounts and contribute to achieving revenue and performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and help execute complex electronics manufacturing programs.
• Gain exposure to quoting, scheduling, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.

What We’re Looking For (No Experience Needed)

• A bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in account management and technology-focused environments.
• Great communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable building relationships and working with different teams.
• Willingness to learn tools such as ERP systems (training provided).
• Motivated candidates who are ready and willing to learn.
