Senior Executive Search Consultant
As a Senior Executive Search Consultant, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle. You’ll develop relationships with both clients and candidates, engage in business development to identify and secure new client leads, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure successful placements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, Specialist Recruiter (agency or in-house), Exec Search Consultant, or similar recruitment role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented with a creative, solution-focused mindset
- Prior experience working within quant development, quant research, MFT/HFT/Stat-Arb markets, AI engineering or a strong interest to work in this sector (which can be shown through the interview process) would be good to see

The base pay before commission for this role will be between $75,000 and $125,000. We pride ourselves on offering market leading compensation and career progression models, as well as profit share on any team that you build out. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
