The achieving candidate will be responsible for successfully executing the recruitment process, from identifying qualified candidates to negotiating employment offers, to placing talent on projects for our clients.

Recruiter Responsibilities
- Build & maintain relationships with clients, candidates, & hiring managers
- Execute strategies to attract & identify top talent
- Conduct candidate screening & interviews to assess qualifications
- Negotiate employment offers & manage the offer acceptance process
- Ensure a great candidate experience that represents our brand & values & tells our story
- Enter & manage applicant data in applicant tracking system
- Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
- Prepare & execute weekly client & candidate emails & text messages
- Conducting reference checks
- Assist other Recruiters & the Accounting team with timecard processes
- On-board new employees
- Add to the X3 company culture & values
- Coordinate talent with current & future work orders
- Assist with other recruiting duties
Ideal Qualifications for an X3 Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, & selection
- Desire to offer candidates new opportunities, & clients with the right candidates
- Previous experience in call centers, recruiting, staffing, office management or other related fields
- Basic knowledge of labor & employment laws
- Ability to easily build rapport with people
- Strong time management, prioritization, & organizational skills
- Tech savvy skills & quick learner of new technologies
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
