What You’ll Do:
- Lead dynamic, high-quality training sessions for youth, adult, and competitive athletes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve measurable performance results.
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists and other coaches to create integrated training plans.
- Deliver individualized and small-group coaching with energy, clarity, and purpose.
- Maintain a professional, motivating training environment that reflects X3’s high standards.
- Track client progress and guide athletes through long-term development programs.
- Contribute to the growth of X3 through great service, community engagement, and a team-first mindset.

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
