What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Processor position at X2 Mortgage?

To achieve this, we’re looking to hire a Mortgage Processor who’s willing to join our team with drive and the willingness to adapt to our processes.
Our Processors at X2 Mortgage are the core to a successful loan closing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring loans close quickly and efficiently with minimal friction. Primarily focusing on obtaining and submitting documentation in a timely manner no matter what it takes.

This position pays a base salary and a per file bonus with expected file closings of 15-25 closed loans a month.
Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:
- Communicate promptly with clients and partners
- Thoroughly review sensitive documentation scanning for any red flags
- Send accurate loan disclosures in a timely manner
- Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents
- Follow up with clients and third party service providers
- Track loan in process to ensure on time closings
- Obtain final loan approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible
Couple of Things We Look For:
- Minimum of 2-5 years in a similar mortgage processing role (big bonus if you have mortgage *broker* processing experience)
- Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
- Organization - Organization - Organization
- Willingness to think out of the box when figuring out solutions to new problems
- General understanding of mortgage loan guidelines
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
- A positive yet work hard, play hard mentality!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
