X Vault is looking for a new bartender to join our team. We need someone experienced, reliable, and creative, with strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits. Our bar program is known for high-quality drinks and consistent execution, so attention to detail and confidence behind the bar are essential.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with craft cocktails and the ability to make our signature drinks consistently
- Solid understanding of wine, spirits, and bar technique
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- Ability to handle bar prep, batching, and keeping the bar organized
- Creativity to help develop new menu items, specials, and seasonal cocktails
- A good fit for a small, tight-knit family like team
- 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred
Position details:
- Part-time or full-time
- Starting pay is $7/hr plus tips, negotiable for the right person
- Tip-outs from servers
