Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Conduct water testing and chemical balancing to ensure optimal water quality.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate with clients regarding their pool needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards related to pool maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, or as a service technician is preferred.but training is provided
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work performed.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
