Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Onboard new clients, provide training and product walkthroughs, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Proactively monitor client accounts to identify needs, opportunities, or potential issues.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to address client requests effectively.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer support (telecom or tech industry a plus).
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and online communication tools.
