We are seeking a motivated, energetic General Manager to lead the daily operations of a fast-paced indoor golf and entertainment venue. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue through events, leagues, and memberships.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hospitality or entertainment management experience, and a passion for creating a fun and welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the indoor golf facility, including simulator bays, bar/food service, and guest experience
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure excellent service standards
- Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere for guests and employees
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships (food, beverage, merchandise)
- Monitor and control labor and operating costs to meet financial goals
- Plan and execute events, leagues, tournaments, and corporate outings
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed properly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the facility and golf simulators
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure a great experience
- Manage social media, marketing promotions and community partnerships
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue
Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, sports, or restaurant/bar operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for golf is a plus, but not required
- Experience with POS systems and reservation software preferred
