Collect and analyze measurement data. Write and maintain measurement tool job files. Qualify as an operator to be able to assist manufacturing when required.

Education/Skills Background: Two years of college level courses preferred or a minimum of 2-3 years of fab experience with some troubleshooting and dispositioning experience.

Responsibilities
- Interface and work with Manufacturing, R&M and Engineering staff on process and production issues.
- Disposition lots that are placed on hold.
- Learn area critical process requirements.
- Set up and run engineering tests and analyze data.
- Maintain tool recipes.
- Fan-out best practices to foremen, operators, and R&M technicians.
- Run WBG material and assist manufacturing as needed.
- Knowledge of Thinfilm area preferred.
- Proven troubleshooting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience running Thinfilm equipment.
- Familiarity/working knowledge of entire process flow and entire fab equipment set.
- Strong Microsoft computer skills.
