The Specialist IV, HR Compliance and Employee Relations provides experienced, hands-on support to the Director, HR Compliance and Employee Relations, within a highly regulated environment. This role is responsible for executing operational aspects of HR compliance, immigration support, employee relations administration, and policy and procedure project management.
The Specialist applies sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and executes assigned responsibilities independently within established policies, procedures, and escalation protocols. While the role requires independent execution and analytical judgment, final authority for
