Job Description
Job Responsibilities
· Student & Parent Consulting with Study Planning
Provide course consultation for student and parent based on each student’s personal status with long-term study planning.
· Daily Student & Parent Support
Maintain regular communication with students and parents, monitor learning progress, address questions, provide professional consulting services, and ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience.
· Class Operations & Coordination
Follow established workflows and standards to coordinate schedules, track homework updates, support teachers, and ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks with the mindset for worfklow optimization.
· Support Onsite Class Logistics
Assist with coordination of Bay Area onsite classes
· Weekly Meetings & Continuous Improvement
Participate in routine team meetings, share observations, report issues, and contribute ideas to improve service quality and parent communication.
· Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with Teaching, Marketing and Admission teams to help resolve class-related issues, submit feedback, and support process optimization.
· Data Tracking & Reporting
Assist in maintaining key data dashboards, including student progress, parent satisfaction, renewals, and exception logs. Help generate reports as needed.
· Training Participation
Attend onboarding, training sessions, and refresher workshops to improve service skills, knowledge of the curriculum, and use of academic management tools.

· A strong student- and parent-centered philosophy, prioritizing high-quality family experience
· Good teamwork, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
· Proficiency in office software and ability to create simple reports or documentation
Additional Requirements
· Passion for education and student development
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment
· Flexibility in working schedule (weekend shift required)
· Majors in Computer Science, Education, English/Communications, or relevant fields preferred
· Good English & Mandarin communication skills (spoken and written)
