Job Description: X-Bow Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Accounting Team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in key areas of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance and accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to contribute to real-world projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Assist with processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Support the team in tracking incoming payments, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Payroll: Help with payroll processing, verifying employee data, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
- General Ledger: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end close processes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Economics
