Overview:
Wyze builds smart technology products that are simple, reliable, and affordable. Our team is focused on developing innovative solutions that improve everyday experiences for millions of users. As a Technical Program Manager at Wyze, you will work closely with engineering, AI, and product teams to deliver high-impact features across our devices and services.We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead key technology initiatives. In this role, you will define and manage program goals, coordinate work across teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects. You will help guide product development from planning through execution, with a focus on clear communication, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical features and products, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Define program goals, roadmaps, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering, AI, and product teams.
Manage cross-functional programs and align technical development with business priorities.
Identify risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintain progress.
Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
Provide regular updates on program status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
Support technical execution by facilitating collaboration across distributed teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
Proven track record of managing complex technical programs from planning through launch.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with software development processes and tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud services, embedded systems, or IoT platforms.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their integration into products.
Experience working with external partners or vendors.
Interest in consumer electronics and smart home technology.
