Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and operations-minded Supply Chain Project Manager - Level I to own and lead return, refurbishment, and resale programs. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors across the U.S. and China to manage day-to-day supply chain processes that support our growing returns and refurbished product offerings. Key Responsibilities
Own and oversee Wyze’s process for return, refurbishment, and resale across DTC, Amazon FBA, B2B, and TikTok sales channels.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and Finance to set priorities for returned inventory and develop a product matrix for resale/refurbishment.
Drive return, refurbishment, resale demand and inventory supply planning and prioritization.
Work closely with the DTC and Sales Teams to manage return flows and ensure proper inventory tracking.
Manage and optimize 3PL operations for return and refurbishment—evaluate performance and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective processing.
Coordinate with external vendors, mainly from China, to track incoming parts and accessories for refurbishing and optimize inventory replenishment for resale channels.
Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Systems Teams to develop dashboards, track KPIs, and increase operational visibility.
Support the Customer Service Team in resolving issues concerning returned packages or missing orders.
Work with Product Teams to gather insights from returned products and monitor consumer feedback on new launches.
Maintain compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Work with Accounting and Finance team on invoice reconciliation and operational financials for continued improvements.
Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Mandarin is a plus (role requires regular communication with Chinese vendors).
Experience working with ERPs and OMS tools (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis).
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data tools is a strong plus.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
Demonstrated project ownership and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.
Experience with 3PLs and reverse logistics operations.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA and DTC sales channels.
Knowledge of refurbishment process flows and consumer electronics lifecycle.
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment a plus.
