Responsibilities
- Successfully complete paid training
- Assist prospective customers with product selection
- Enter and manage new customer information
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Coordinate weekly plans with management
- Work collaboratively with other departments
- Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field
- Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities within residential communities
- Promote a positive reputation and brand image for Wyyerd Fiber
- Perform other duties as assigned
Valid Driver’s License Required
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic bilingual skills strongly preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Telecom industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with customer management systems and processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Preference given to candidates living near our office location
