What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate (Crossbows & Outdoor Products) position at Wyvern Creations?
We’re looking for a motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-growing online retail business specializing in crossbows and outdoor gear. This is not your average desk job—our environment shifts with the seasons, and we need someone who can keep up, pitch in, and bring a great attitude along the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with product selection, technical questions, and purchase decisions and assist with warranty and customer issues.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online channels.
- Process orders, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Support shipping/receiving operations during peak season (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, promotions, and product content (a plus).
- Participate in off-season projects, including exploring new marketing strategies and alternative product lines (e.g., 3D printing, digital marketing).
