Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, bids, and proposals for window installation and supply projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop detailed scope of work
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to maximize project profitability
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in project management and/or estimating, preferably in windows, glazing, or construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of window products, fenestration systems, or building materials is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team environment
