How you’ll contribute

A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:

• Provides administrative direction to the development and evaluation of all personnel
• Maintains operational aspects of the department in collaboration with administrative support services
• Supervises, directs, coaches and mentors assigned group of staff

What we’re looking for

Applicants should be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of VA or compact licensure and in good standing with the Board.

Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Handle With Care within one (1) year of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of direct patient care experience required, preferably in an acute health care facility.
