Part Time Weekends and PRN positions are currently available on all three shifts!
- First Shift: 7am - 3pm
- Second Shift: 3pm-11pm
- Third Shift: 11pm-7am
Pay rates:
- Care Aides Start At $16.85/hr.
- Med Techs Start At $17.85/hr.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining room
- Care Aides will assist with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents!
- Always communicate in a positive and productive manner with co-workers, families/guardians, and the public
- Supporting co-workers and actively participates in team process
- Providing complete, accurate and timely documentation
- Performing tasks that contribute to the day-to-day operation of the home (such as cooking, cleaning, laundry)
- Performing tasks in accordance with Cardinal Senior Living Policies and Procedures and that of other regulatory bodies, (CMH, AAA, Reliance, Licensing, Recipient Rights, etc.)
- Positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
- Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- The ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner
- Encouraged but not required upon hire: First Aid/ CPR certified 1 year experience in a similar setting
