What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Nursing position at Wyoming Valley Behavioral Health?
Wyoming Valley Behavioral Health is looking to fill the position of Director of Nursing. This is a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will maintain quality standards of care. In addition, you will oversee the leadership for direct care and nursing staff which includes assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher preferred
Six plus years experience as a registered nurse
Prior Director of Nursing or Nurse Manager experience preferred
Two years of progressive leadership or management experience
