· Maximize customer satisfaction by providing analysis based on customer needs and the dealerships solutions to those needs. · Implement effective goal setting techniques in efforts to obtain monthly and annual objectives towards company goals. · Complete training programs as required, to include the ISR training program.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY |
|
· High School graduate or equivalent with three (3) years sales or equipment experience. · Must be able to speak, write and read English. · Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record. · Listening and presentation skills, cold calling, call planning and time management skills, CRM or other customer data base management. · Must have the ability to multitask. Intermediate PC skill level to work with Microsoft Office Software, to include but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be self-motivated and task orientated. · Must be able to understand and explain basic finance concepts. · Other duties as assigned. PREFERRED · College degree preferred. · Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. |

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS |

· Material and equipment directly used: Telephone, desktop computer, laptop computer, digital camera, Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Also, will use CRM. · Sits hours 6 – 8 hours/day. · Walk and stand 1 – 3 hours/day. · Lift 20 to 50 lbs. · Use hands for fine manipulation. · Frequent travel required for customer visits and training. · Regular working hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Mon. – Fri. · Overtime as required. |
