- Schedule appointments for patients while coordinating with medical staff to optimize clinic operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and scan records.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a medical office as a Registration Specialist required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
