JOB SUMMARY
Assist Contracts Business group and Service Business group with Customer Value Agreement (CVA) data
management. Manage CVA Preventative Maintenance (PM) Alerts. Track and report on CVA PM Accuracy
and performance. Assist with standard job updates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Provide Support to the contracts Business group & Service Business groups.
• Enter and update CVA data in Wyoming Machinery’s Smartsheet and Caterpillar Foresight
Program.
• Monitor and Update CVA PM Alerts in Vision Link.
• Track and record PM completions on machines under CVA contracts and report on the
accuracy.
• Assist in tracking and recording expenses for machines under CVA contracts.
• Assist with data integrity within the AMT program by reviewing work order data and making
updates as needed.
• Open, maintain and close work orders for CVA parts only kits.
• Coordinate with PSSR’s and ISR’s on parts kit CVA’s to ensure fulfillment for the
customer.
• Assist with updating standard jobs in builder and maintaining service codes in DBS.
• Create and distribute monthly work order measure reports and weekly work in process
reports.
• Create Ad hoc reports as needed for service managers.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
• Projects which require additional support including but not limited to DBS functions, quotes,
contracts, component forecasts, presentations, annual audit, and other projects as required.
• Assist in any additional special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY
• Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent.
• Requires data analysis, problem solving, and Service department related work
experience.
• Good customer service and phone skills.
• Capacity to run Caterpillar software programs.
• Ability to give presentations to internal dealer management and personnel.
• Ability to establish, monitor and meet short- and long-term goals.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Possess advanced computer skills to include Access, Excel, Windows, DOS, DBS, and other personal
computer software programs.
• , written and electronic means.
• Have knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
• Possess advanced business math proficiency.
• Be well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure to be able to
meet timelines.
PREFERRED
• Knowledge of Wyoming Machinery Company’s service accounting processes.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
• Operate basic office equipment such as; computer terminal, copy/fax machines, ten key calculator
and the telephone.
• Office environment requiring professional dress and appearance.
• Sit for 6-8 hours.
• Walk/stand for 0-2 hour.
• Lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Use hands for repetitive fine manipulation, grasping, pushing and pulling.
