Bus Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach driver to join our team transporting workers to and from the coal mines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service while operating various types motor coaches. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The Motor Coach driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently, ensuring a positive travel experience.

**Duties**

• Safely operate motor coaches according to established routes and schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality, demonstrating mechanical knowledge as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with management, providing information about routes, schedules, and any potential delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving in various conditions.
• Document daily activities, including mileage, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
  
  

**Qualifications**

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class B with Passenger) with a clean driving record. ( Willing to train the right individual)
• Experience in motorcoach driving is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A commitment to safety protocols and customer service excellence is essential.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug test.
