The Motor Coach driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently, ensuring a positive travel experience.

- Safely operate motor coaches according to established routes and schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality, demonstrating mechanical knowledge as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with management, providing information about routes, schedules, and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving in various conditions.
- Document daily activities, including mileage, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class B with Passenger) with a clean driving record. ( Willing to train the right individual)
- Experience in motorcoach driving is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A commitment to safety protocols and customer service excellence is essential.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug test.
