What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adjunct - Instructor of CAD position at Wyoming Life Resource Center?
Teach courses including, but not limited to ENTK 2550 -- Civil Drafting Technology (3-credits), and ENTK 2540 -- Civil 3-D Drafting Technology (3-credits). Priority is on excellent teaching, along with assessment, and curriculum development.
Northwest College is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Adjunct Instructor to teach courses for the Drafting Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 2D & 3D software, along with the ability to instruct students in drafting standards, design principles, and real-world civil engineering applications.
Teach courses in a special area of interest;
Develop course syllabi for assigned courses and effective varied instruction techniques that promote learning;
Evaluate student performance and achievement of course, program, and general education learning outcomes;
Recommend appropriate texts and teaching aids which will be of the most value to the teaching-learning process;
Contribute to the college-wide assessment of student learning outcomes;
Actively participate in assisting the College in maintaining standards required for accreditation;
Personal And Professional Development To Include
Assist others on an as-needed basis
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 2D & Civil 3D Software.
