This role combines administrative processing, customer service, document management, and corporate filing responsibilities. Team members work both independently and collaboratively, receiving regular feedback and support while contributing to team goals and process improvements.
Starting Wage: $18.50/hour $2/hour In-Office Increase
This position is coded as "Office Only" which requires in-office attendance. You will receive an additional $2/hour to your base wage. This stipend is subject to change based on changes in your role or business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, process, open, sort, scan, and track inbound mail and Service of Process.
- Process, ship, and track outbound mail.
- Retrieve, review, and upload required client account information and documentation into company software.
- Keep client files accurate and up to date by consistently recording client interactions and documentation.
- Manage and submit state filings within established timelines.
- Answer inbound client inquiries by phone and email, providing professional and knowledgeable support.
- Educate clients regarding registered agent service, corporate formations, compliance requirements, and other company services.
- Learn and retain filing requirements, document processing procedures, and company policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Utilize proprietary company software and adapt to evolving systems, processes, and technology.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct online research, and identify solutions for clients and internal teams.
- Meet position metrics for mail processing, filings, and client support while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to improve team efficiency.
- Support teammates and office operations with a variety of daily tasks, including opening and closing procedures and office supply management.
