Duties:
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy and follow up on missing documents
- Accept and process loan payments
- Communicate with loan staff and borrowers to ensure a smooth loan process
- Scan and file loan files
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a bank setting preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
