Background and Drug Screens are required. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure our spaces are hygienic, organized, and visually appealing. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, trash removal, kitchen and restroom sanitation.
- Conduct detailed floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Carpet shampooing and spot cleaning.
- Perform custodial tasks across various settings—commercial buildings, industrial sites and outdoor camp ground cleaning—adapting techniques as needed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting repairs issues to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
- Insure confidentiality, safety and security of work environments is strictly adhered to.
- With proper training and team assistance support industrial cleaning projects that require specialized equipment and techniques for heavy-duty sanitation. Wear PPE as needed and provided.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained for optimal performance.
- Travel maybe required and will be compensated appropriately.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of commercial and residential cleaning standards.
- Skilled in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to restore surfaces to their best condition.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices with the ability to perform minor repairs or coordinate repairs as needed.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment used in large-scale or heavy-duty environments.
- Ability to manage supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines for chemical handling and equipment use.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Strong work ethic with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities within fast-paced settings.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
