Wyoming Classical Academy (WCA) – Coaching Positions
Wyoming Classical Academy is seeking dedicated, positive, and knowledgeable coaches to help build our inaugural athletics program. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about mentoring student-athletes and developing both athletic skill and character through sports.
Coaches at WCA play an important role in fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and personal growth in our students. Successful candidates will model integrity, leadership, and a commitment to supporting students in both athletics and academics.
Final Candidates will go through a background check and finger print screening.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct effective practices and training sessions
- Teach sport-specific skills, rules, and strategies
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and character development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes
- Communicate effectively with athletic administration, parents, and students
- Represent Wyoming Classical Academy in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications
- Previous coaching or playing experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to mentoring students and building a positive team culture
Compensation
Middle School Head Coaches will be paid $1200 for a 7 week season. Practices are 1 hour after school, held at WCA. All games will be played in Casper.
