POSITION AVAILABLE: Wyoming Child and Family Development is now scheduling interviews for a Technology Specialist to service our Centers within the 9 counties services are provided, Campbell, Converse, Crook, Goshen, Laramie, Natrona, Niobrara, Platte, Weston Counties. The office location for this position will be housed in any of our locations. A company vehicle is provided for company travel. This position is 40 hours a week 238 days a base hourly rate of $21.86. We offer a full benefits package, no weekends, most major holidays off as well as an extended winter holiday break. Job Summary:
To assist the Systems Administrator and management team with technology needs for use, training, implementation, troubleshooting, network maintenance, user account and license management. Supports staff training and use of technology.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have computer skills including set-up, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintenance, repair, networking, software installation, and security functions.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, database management and SharePoint administration.
- Must be able to meet timelines and be able to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, organized, and detail oriented
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with individuals with diverse ranges of personalities, backgrounds, and knowledge bases
- Strong communication skills are essential to interact with staff, children, families, and the broader community.
- Must have effective stress management strategies and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Flexibility is key; the ability to adapt to changing daily routines is required.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Prefer an Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Computer Information Systems or degree/certification/experience in related field.
- Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D. and be 18 years of age (state requirements).
- Must be willing to attain additional training or certifications, which may be required by Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc.
- WCFD will only accept college degrees from accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
